Anti-Harassment Policy

Introduction

Gladsme Computer Education maintains a zero-tolerance approach to harassment of any kind. This policy applies to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and any person interacting within our campus, online classrooms, or institute-related activities.

What Constitutes Harassment

Harassment includes, but is not limited to:

  • Unwelcome verbal, physical, visual, or digital conduct that creates a hostile environment.
  • Sexual harassment, including inappropriate comments, advances, or non-consensual contact.
  • Bullying, stalking, threats, or intimidation.
  • Discrimination based on gender, religion, caste, disability, language, nationality, or other protected characteristics.
  • Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.

Reporting Process

  • Report incidents promptly to institute management or designated staff.
  • Provide available details such as date, time, location, people involved, and description of events.
  • Reports will be handled confidentially to the extent practical and lawful.
  • False complaints made maliciously may themselves lead to disciplinary action.

Investigation & Outcomes

The institute will review complaints fairly and without undue delay. Where a violation is found, corrective action may include warning, counselling, suspension, dismissal, or other measures consistent with institute rules and applicable law.

Institute Commitment

We are committed to fostering a learning culture free from harassment, where every individual can study and work with dignity and confidence.
