Complaint & Grievance Policy

Introduction

This policy explains how students, parents, and other stakeholders can raise complaints or grievances related to academic services, conduct, facilities, or administrative matters at Gladsme Computer Education. Our goal is to resolve concerns promptly, fairly, and transparently.

What You Can Raise

  • Concerns about teaching quality, scheduling, or academic support
  • Issues related to staff or student conduct
  • Facility, safety, or accessibility concerns
  • Administrative or fee-related grievances (subject to published fee policies)
  • Any alleged breach of institute policies

How to Submit a Complaint

  1. Informal step (optional): Where appropriate, speak with the concerned faculty or counsellor to seek an early resolution.
  2. Formal complaint: Submit a written complaint via the Contact page or by email/phone using official institute channels. Include your name, contact details, course (if applicable), and a clear description of the issue.
  3. Acknowledgement: The institute will acknowledge receipt and may request additional information.
  4. Review & response: The matter will be reviewed by authorised staff and a response will be shared within a reasonable timeframe.

Fair Process

  • Complaints are handled impartially and confidentially where practicable.
  • No student will face retaliation for raising a genuine concern in good faith.
  • Frivolous or malicious complaints may be declined and may invite disciplinary review.
  • Decisions will be communicated clearly, including any corrective action where applicable.

Institute Commitment

We are committed to listening to feedback and using grievance outcomes to strengthen our academic and administrative practices for the benefit of all learners.
