Safeguarding Principles

• Student safety is a shared responsibility of faculty, staff, and management.
• All concerns are taken seriously and handled with confidentiality and care.
• Preventive measures are preferred; response procedures are clear and prompt.
• Students are encouraged to report discomfort or unsafe situations without fear of retaliation.

Protection Measures

• Professional boundaries between staff and students are strictly maintained.
• Access to campus and learning spaces is monitored as reasonably practicable.
• Personal student data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
• Online classes and digital communications follow approved channels and guidelines.

Reporting Concerns

Students, parents, or staff who observe or experience a safeguarding concern should contact the institute administration or designated staff member immediately. Urgent safety threats should also be reported to local emergency services when required.

Response & Support

• Concerns are documented and reviewed by authorised personnel.
• Interim protective steps may be taken while facts are assessed.
